Caporia policies
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Caporia and purchases made through Caporia. They are written to keep the current first-party launch scope and buyer expectations clear.
Effective July 31, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026
Who operates Caporia
Caporia is operated by Bruce Edward Stykemain Jr., a Michigan sole proprietor. In these terms, “Caporia,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator.
Current marketplace scope
Paid checkout is currently limited to capability packages sold directly by Caporia from approved first-party publishers. Caporia does not currently process paid third-party publisher sales or payouts.
- A listing describes the capability, included package, current version, price, license, and available Evidence.
- A Trust Summary explains the basis and boundaries of Caporia’s current assessment; it is not a promise that a capability is error-free or suitable for every environment.
- The listing and checkout information presented at purchase form part of the transaction.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity performed through your account.
- Do not misuse Caporia, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or use it unlawfully.
- Do not redistribute a paid package except where its published license expressly permits it.
- Evaluate permissions, compatibility, installation behavior, and recovery guidance before using a capability in an important environment.
Purchases, licenses, and updates
Stripe processes payments. The license shown on the capability’s purchase page controls permitted use of the package. Purchasing a capability does not transfer ownership of Caporia, the listing, or the package’s intellectual property.
Included updates are described on the purchase page. Caporia may discontinue a listing or future updates, but an active license continues to provide the access described for that purchase unless it is refunded, revoked for a material terms violation, or otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the published Refund Policy. Downloading a package does not, by itself, determine refund eligibility. A full refund revokes future account access and downloads, but cannot recall a copy already obtained.
Service and warranty boundaries
Caporia provides information intended to support a decision, not a guarantee of outcomes. Capability behavior can depend on tools, versions, permissions, environments, and third-party services outside Caporia’s control.
To the extent permitted by law, Caporia is provided without implied warranties beyond any express commitments shown at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by a new last-updated date. Terms applicable when a purchase was made continue to govern that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
