Caporia policies

Privacy Policy

Caporia collects the information needed to operate accounts, explain capability trust, process purchases, deliver licensed packages, and protect the service. We intentionally avoid account-level download and usage surveillance.

Effective July 31, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026

Information we process

  • Account information, such as your email address, authentication records, and account role.
  • Publisher materials, capability metadata, Evidence, review records, and decisions submitted through Caporia.
  • Purchase and license records, including Stripe transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, and refund state. Caporia does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
  • Security and operational information, such as request timestamps, IP-derived network information, browser or device information, and error logs that infrastructure providers may process to deliver and protect the service.
  • Messages you send to Caporia support, privacy, or refund addresses.

How we use information

  • Authenticate users and maintain account roles.
  • Publish and display capability information and Evidence as directed by publishers and reviewers.
  • Process checkout, issue licenses, handle refunds, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
  • Secure, diagnose, maintain, and improve Caporia.
  • Respond to support, privacy, legal, and safety requests.

Our delivery privacy boundary

Caporia does not create an account-level history of whether you download, install, run, or remove a capability package. Downloading is not used to decide refund eligibility.

Delivering a package still requires a network request. Cloudflare and other infrastructure involved in that request may process limited request metadata for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. This is not the same as Caporia maintaining a buyer activity history.

Service providers

Caporia currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and email routing, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as needed to provide their services.

Retention and disclosure

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and Evidence integrity, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Caporia. Retention periods differ by record type.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when you direct us to, to protect rights and safety, or when legally required.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing privacy@caporia.co. Some transaction, security, Evidence, or legal records may need to be retained. We will verify requests where appropriate.

Children and changes

Caporia is intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the current version by its last-updated date.

Questions about these policies can be sent to support@caporia.co.
