Caporia policies
Refund Policy
All sales are final by default. Caporia considers only the narrow exceptions below, preserves the policy and disclosures acknowledged at checkout, and provides any refund required by applicable law. Policy version 2026-08-11.
Effective July 31, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026
Request window
Send a request to refunds@caporia.co within 14 calendar days of purchase. Include the account email, capability name, purchase date, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send payment-card numbers or credentials.
Eligible reasons
- Duplicate or incorrect charge
- Material difference from the published capability information
- Failure to deliver or provide access
- Uncorrectable technical failure attributable to Caporia
- Verified publisher fraud or material misrepresentation
- Refund required by applicable law
Not refundable
We may ask for information needed to reproduce or understand the issue while avoiding requests for unnecessary personal data or secrets.
Downloading, installing, running, or removing a package is not tracked as an account-level history and is not used as an automatic approval or denial signal.
- Change of mind
- Failure to read disclosed requirements
- Clearly disclosed incompatibility or unmet prerequisites
- Insufficient technical knowledge
- Expectations contradicted by the published capability information
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. A full refund revokes future downloads and account-level license access. It cannot recall a package copy already obtained, and obligations that apply to retained copies continue under the applicable license.
A partial refund, when agreed, is recorded without automatically revoking the license.
Product-health signals
Clusters of refund requests tied to the same capability, version, disclosure snapshot, or reason are treated as trust and product-health signals for human review. A cluster does not automatically approve or deny a refund and does not automatically change a Trust Summary.
Publisher responsibility
Current paid checkout is limited to approved first-party capability packages sold by Caporia. Paid third-party publisher sales and payouts are not currently supported. Before that changes, Caporia will publish separate publisher terms covering refunds, disputes, balances, and payout responsibility.
